Located along Mexico’s Pacific Coast in front of Palmar Bay and about 20 minutes from the local town of Zihuatanejo, this all-inclusive beachfront hotel features several pools, a game room, a kids’ club and so much more for families to enjoy. The 431 guestrooms and suites feature ocean or garden views depending which building you are sitauated in. Most rooms feature a patio or balcony. Two complimentary bottles of water (refreshed daily) and Wi-Fi can be found in the rooms, as well. Cribs, connecting rooms and rollaway beds are available upon request.

Guestrooms
The guestrooms feature two double or one king bed, a laptop safe, a flat-screen television and a coffeemaker. A stand-up shower can be found in the bathroom.

Suites
A variety of suites are available, including the Kids Suite which features a king bed and twin bunk beds in the same room, but separated by a half wall. Other suites feature a king or two double beds, a mini-fridge and a hammock on the terrace.

Pools
The main pool area is surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels are provided and small water floats are permitted in the pool. Pool volleyball and Ping Pong can also be played at the pool. Lifeguards are on duty during high season.

Beach
Walk a few more steps beyond the pool area, and you will find yourself on the white sandy beach. More lounge chairs await under palapas and the ocean waters often see calm days because the hotel is situated in Palmar Bay. Lifeguards are on duty during the high season.

Game Room
A game room can be found on the first floor near the sundries shop. There are Ping Pong tables, fooseball, video games and billard tables for the kids to enjoy. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the Game Room, but children over 12 are permitted to enjoy the games on their own.

Kids' Club
The Chiqui Club is open to children from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and parents can leave their children with the supervised staff, while they play board games, video games, paint and play.

The all-inclusive rate includes all meals and alcohol for the adults. There are two main restaurants (with rotating schedules), a snack bar and a weekly theme party for guests to enjoy a variety of fare.

Frutas y Flores
This restaurant is the only onsite restaurant that offers air conditioning, as well as outdoor seating. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

La Terraza
In the evenings, guests can enjoy the a la carte dinner menu at La Terraza, which is also the outside area of Frutas y Flores during the day.

Cana Brava
This beachside restaurant is open for snacks throughout much of the day and serves a delicious dinner while overlooking the ocean. The dinner menu here changes daily.

Theme Night at the Kiosko
The gazebo (called a kiosko in Spanish) situated in the courtyard entrance of the hotel, is the place where the weekly themed dinner nights (usually a Mexican fiesta) take place. Don't miss this fun, family-friendly party!

Sports Bar
An open-air sports bar features a large bar and several cocktail tables to enjoy the evening breeze. There are also two large flat-screen televisions situated above the bar, so you won't miss the game or the Mexican wrestling match.

Winter is the busiest season at this tropical hotel, but truly it is always busy here. Most people (both local and international) are visiting from December through April. The winter months are busiest with travelers from the United States and Canada and the Easter Holy Week is busiest for Mexican travelers.

Getting There
The Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo Internaitonal Airport is less than 30 minutes away from this hotel.

Getting Around
The hotel is easily walkable and not too expansive that it feels like you've been walking for days to reach the beach. Some guestrooms are situated mere steps away from the sand. There is a local shopping and restaurant area directly across the street and is easy to walk to. But if you plan to venture further outside the resort or to Zihuatanejo, a rental car or taxi would be needed.
