Because of security my company do not allow us to have connecting rooms so I had to have my room changed. I was given room 327. I stay in many hotel but never anything this bad. I took my shoes of standing in front of the tv and immediately realized it was a mistake. The carpet was sticky and dirty. I walked to the bathroom to clean my feet. The first picture is the dirt that was wiped off my feet after taking 6 steps on the carpet. The 2nd picture was my solution to the problem. Needless to say when i addressed this with the manager she was not very interested to rectify the problem. I had no option but to stay in the room for the night. Did I say that they had to replace the phone in the room as well as it was not working.

This has been our second year visiting this location and bc of our amazing stay last year we came again. The staff is always accommodating and so friendly. Stephen was a friendly face we met last year and saw again this year and had always been so nice and helpful with any questions we had. We even enjoyed the restaurant on location and my kids adored Spike our waitress was who always so sweet with them. But honestly we always had a friendly staff member the entire visit! I would definitely recommend this place for a great family vacation experience!
