Our favorite downtown hotel

This is such a nice hotel. We stayed twice in October while attending events downtown. Our room was super clean, comfortable bed and quiet. The shower is AWESOME! We will definitely stay again! It is just a short walk to the streetcar to get to downtown events. I like the self parking option at the garage next door. Much cheaper then other hotels downtown that you have to valet.

This was the worst Holiday Inn I have ever seen. Upon arrival, the furniture is so ugly and uncomfortable in the lobby, I should have left at that moment. I requested a handicapped accessible room. It was quite far from the elevator.The staff was unable to provide any directions or information because she didn't live around that area. Way overpriced and under staffed.
