Although most of the people were very friendly and courteous, this hotel is in dire need of upgrades. The bed was super comfortable, but there was almost no hot water for our whole stay, and when we mentioned it, we were told that the maintenance man said it could not be fixed. They did offer to move us to a different room, but we were already 1 night into our 2 night stay, and were on our way out the door to attend my son's wedding, which started at 7pm. We would not have had time to switch unless we arrived late to the wedding, or did it at 1am when we returned. They should not have booked a room that did not have hot water. On top of that, the rooms do not have refrigerators, which is a pretty standard perk these days.
At breakfast on Monday morning, we arrived at 10am, the attendant asked for our voucher, poured some juice, then spent the next half hour yelling at someone on his cell phone, and tearing down the breakfast things. Overall, not the best experience I had had at a Holiday Inn.
