The rooms were clean, bed was comfy, staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive, and the location was great! I was having some issues with my TV and the staff addressed my concern and had it fixed quickly. The hotel is close to the airport, down town, Pisgah National Forest/Blueridge Mountains, Blueridge Parkway, walking distance from Enterprise car rental and a few restaurants. Great stay, highly recommend especially if you are coming to the Asheville area for a Wildland Trekking hiking trip. As there is a group rating for Wildland Trekking hikers, they allow you to store your luggage during your hike, and if you need a rental car after/before your hiking trip it's just a quick walk up the street from the hotel.

The location was the best point about the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The greatest objection I had was the smell on the 5th floor. Almost every day I was there, there was a bad smell. On the morning of departure, the smell was really bad, and there was a room door open near elevator with fans and they were airing it out. So not sure what was going on there. One other negative was the noise in the room next door to me at late hours and early morning hours. One night, they were active. The next night, just noise, coming and going all night long. Due to this, I felt I was due a refund for a portion of the price but didn't ask for one. Parking was easy and accessible every day at the hotel. I considered the price to be a little overpriced all considering.
