I stayed at this hotel OCT 25/26 with my two children 9 and 12. My 12 year old sons Fitbit Charge 3 that he had taken off and left in our room while playing a hockey game was stolen in between games from our room. I have contacted the housekeeping supervisor only to be told there is really nothing she can do. Hotel front desk staff did not help at all and had only told me to come back and talk to housekeeping. My son saved really hard to buy his Fitbit and having it taken from our room has devastated him as he has been taking such good care and looking after it.
I know it’s a hard lesson learned but I wanted to warn other guests or future guests to not leave anything valuable in your room in this hotel. We stayed in room 300.

There were a few areas in the hotel that needed maintenance...and the bathroom was very small. That being said, the room was clean, the staff friendly, the restaurant served good meals...I had an enjoyable stay.
