I took my son to Tuscaloosa for a tour of the University of Alabama and stayed at this hotel. I can't express how grateful I am to Hope, Katie and Rachel for their hospitality and helpfulness to us. They answered all our questions and gave us great tips and advice about visiting the college and the local area. To say that they made our trip an easy one is a understatement. Without their help I would have been lost and sitting in a hotel room with a bored teenager. Their knowledge of the college was the cherry on top. They really pepped my kid up for his visit.
While there, I noticed the sink kept getting hair in it. During the night I went to the bathroom and noticed the sink was filling up with water but I wasn't running the sink. Obviously a blockage somewhere. I did let them know that morning and showed the maintenance guy what was happening.
I left and thanked them tremendously and thought no more about it. I received a call from Hope letting me know that all my rewards points had been refunded due to the inconvenience we experienced. I wasn't expecting them to do anything at all but they thanked me for letting them know because they had to get a plumber to fix it and it could have been a mess later on.
The beds were super comfy, the breakfast choices was numerous and the kindness as well as concern was appreciated.
So if you want to stay where 3 beautiful hospitable young ladies check you in, help you with the local area and are full of southern charm and grace then book your stay here. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again girls for being awesome.

We have stayed here before and didn’t have an issue, but this time we stayed on the third floor and it smelled like a combination of smoke and mildew, the air conditioner smelled musty when it was running as well. I’m highly sensitive to smoke and mold so I definitely reacted to whatever is permeating the carpet, furniture and air conditioning.
