We absolutely love this hotel. It was clean staff was outstanding rooms were beautiful beds were comfortable. They even did a great job of keeping the noise down they had four hockey teams there adolescent boys. I can't say enough about the front desk service Mr. Timmy please extend our gratitude to him. I can't say enough about your kitchen staff Char, Terri, Toni please also extend our gratitude to them for making our stay five star. Please also extend to your maintenance staff and your cleaning staff are wonderful gratitude the place is amazing thank you for such a great weekend we definitely will be back.

Terrible Customer Service!

Made an honest mistake when booking this hotel for work (3 rooms/4nights). Arrived at hotel and explained what had happened that it was booked for a week later and they said too bad - non refundable, non changeable policy. We weren't asking for a refund, just an opportunity to change the dates for a future time when we would be back in the area working. As a result we are out $1500 and will never stay at a Holiday Express again! Beware if you decide to ever book online.
