I was slightly surprised by this hotel. At the time I was thinking it was in the Pearl District as we had looked at some there also online before booking. When I realized it was considered in the Industrial District I was thinking we made a mistake when we first arrived. However, it was just on the very edge of a 'revitalized' area with nice restaurants, etc. You simply walk across the street. It was a good price and still within walking distance of what we planned to doed . Only downside was the hotel could have an addtional evening shift worker as they were spread a little thin.

Hotel is near freeway entrance. There is lot of noise from construction of freeway going on right now. Hotel is a little old. Room is clean but quite dated. Hotel staff is friendly. There are several food choice around hotel.
