I have frequented several Holiday Inn hotels across the country, and this was by far, the best experience I have had. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn’s and paid twice as much for a lesser experience. The room and entire hotel was exceptionally clean and I am EXTREMELY picky about cleanliness everywhere I go. I thoroughly inspect every hotel room I stay in before bringing in my belongings, and I really could not find anything less than exceptional. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked with great variety. Pool area was kept clean and well stocked. The room was the most comfortable room I have ever stayed in, and the entire hotel was very quiet especially considering it was Fall Break! Will definitely come back again.

My sister and I recently spent Two nights at this hotel and we were pleased. Holiday Inn is our favorite and we are never disappointed. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the bed is a bit high, but very comfortable. Breakfast is good with several choices and coffee is excellent. The trolley stop was located right across the street which was very convenient. Pigeon Forge is a very busy place especially on the weekend so use the trolley! It’s only a $1 per ride or you can get a day pass for $3.
