I called down to get a wake-up call (Just in case the confusing radio alarm clock did not go off, and it didn't). We never received a wake-up call which gave us a later time to hit the road. The coffee/tea maker in the room did not work. The gel dispenser, in the shower, emitted a drop at a time, it took 5 minutes to get enough out to wash. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible, dark and a lot of shadows.

I spent 2 nights here on a solo trip. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff were courteous and efficient. The breakfast was typical Holiday Inn fare, merely adequate. All in all a good place to stay.
