This is a perfect location for someone looking to explore New York. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even decorated our room as we were out there celebrating my sisters 21st which was a lovely touch. You are able to leave your bags there even after you have checked out which means you don’t have to drag them around the city. The only downside is the beds were quite small.

This hotel is perfect and central to all of the NY sites. Breakfast is plentiful and coffee great. Breakfast included saves you at least $10 per person per day. Hotel staff are very helpful. Reception staff are particularly helpful. Alison always willing to help. This is a great hotel. Our room on the 17th floor had great views of the Empire State Building. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
