Positives: It was clean, staff was pleasant, woman running the Breakfast was OUTSTANDING, and location is close to all the area has to offer.

Negatives: Room though updated was small compared to every other HIE room I have been in, 1st time I was not offered a room upgrade, and possibly the most annoying was I took my bill without looking at it because I used points to cover the room, not that it would have mattered, discovered while on the road that I was charged two $3 Greens Fees. So not having used a golf course while I was there, I called to be informed by the woman at the Desk that it is an energy fee/tax that most hotels will fold into the price of the room and not charge ppl who use nights or points. This hotel however chooses to for some reason, being really cheap I guess, pass it onto the guest. Rubbed me the wrong way so I will not ever stay at this hotel again on general principal.

Warmly welcomed by Jacob who worked tirelessly to ensure our comfort throughout visit. He was friendly and helped provide whatever our group needed. Holiday inn is lucky to have him representing their organization.
