friendly staff especially breakfast attendant
great location on edge of town and near alot of shopping and dinning even across the road from a wal mart
watching tv was not that functional from the chair and I wish pool was open past 10 PM
company paid room but insisted on using a personal card for incidentals which a hotel like this there should be none as I cannot charge meals or any movies
I liked that they had bath shower combo versus in the past other holiday inn expresses had shower caves
breakfast had alot of variety
tv station lineup seemed limited
room had iron but could not find a ironing board so ironing became challenging
One of my co workers had a brand new vehicle and was worried one night someone was trying to mess with her car.
a lot of handicapped spaces so parking up close at night can be challenging
having a in room keurig was nice

Title captured all the pros! Emergency stay, and staff did excellent job finding a room for us for 3 nights. Unfortunately, that must have been the last room available and was truly for emergencies. Double beds were comfortable;however, carpet needed cleaning, only one chair for sitting, other was very uncomfortable "desk" chair not made for watching tv in! Bathroom was in need of good cleaning, and there was mold underneath all bathroom shelves in shower as well as toilet bowl. Special thanks for the friendly face of Phyllis the breakfast hostess!
