Nicely Renovated Accommodations

My wife and I stayed here two years ago and had a disappointing experience. Two years later and a very customer friendly complete renovation and it was a delightful stay. The rooms are crisply appointed, the mattresses relatively new (as reported by the beside marketing information), the bathrooms pristine. Keurig machine, microwave and mini fridge came in handy. The complimentary breakfast was very satisfying in the newly configured lounge area. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a very good experience. Great product Holiday Inn. You did a great upgrade! We will return.

Very bad experience.

AC unit very loud so i slept with a pillow over my head. Then Awakened at 7:35am with the sound of a jackhammer working in the elevator adjacent to our room. Tried to take a quick shower and no water pressure...just a trickle.
When we reported the problems to the frony desk, we got "oh sorry about that." There was an offer to let us move and shower in a room on a floor we were told the night before was unavailable. Very few guests...hotel was about 40% occupancy.
And when eating the par-warm breakfast, we were met with staff yelling instructions to each other across the lobby..as if no quests were there.
It was a very bad experience.
