Was a nice and pleasant stay. Room was clean and staff was nice. Bed was comfortable and room seemed quiet. Mattress and pillows were better than normal. Breakfast average. Would stay there again if we get back that way. Seemed a bit higher price than most HIE, but may have been due to high demand since FL/GA football game was in Jacksonville the next day.

I am local and have stayed in several hotels in this area. My house caught fire and we have lived in hotels for almost 7 months while they repair it. This hotel had a great front desk staff but it's all downhill after that. The elevators take forever. My room had several maintenance issues. (only 1 of 3 lights worked in the bathroom, coffee maker didn't work, the remote control did not work, just to name a couple) Management is unprofessional and hotel has no room service! The Hampton Inn across the street was much better!
