Overall this is a good place to stay if you don't want to pay resort prices to attend a conference at the Convention Center. They are very responsive to ride requests on the shuttle. I was allowed to check in really early, which I appreciated. The room was nice and well appointed. Great wifi. The bathroom had a few issues but nothing showstopping and not worthy of asking for special attention. Do want to point out that there is a live music venue next door and they play until late in the night. If it had been any other season I would have had the AC or Heater running so I wouldn't have noticed. Parking is plentiful. The pool was nice.

We tended to overlook some minor flaws such as dated rooms, paper plates for breakfast, and a limited selection of breakfast options because of Donald. He took the time to make sure we had a safe and enjoyable vacation. If I had a business, I would hire him in a heartbeat. He took the time to make sure everyone had a safe drive to and from the Grand Ole Opry and went above and beyond to make sure we knew where we needed to go and provided his phone number just in case we got lost. He was always respectful and compassionate to others, even under stressful and overwhelming situations. I would recommend staying at this hotel just because of him.
