I had a problem checking-in because IHG Rewards reservations did not book my room as I was told. Catherine went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a room for the night. The manager CJ was also very helpful. I have stayed at this hotel several times before and this was the best staff I had experienced. Will always stay there in the future!

Should have read reviews here before booking. We stay at HI Express hotels from time to time. This was not one of their better ones. Also, I didn’t realize pets are allowed (cats and dogs) which is a problem if you have allergies. It’s also not very sanitary. :( Our bathroom had no soap (dispensers in shower) and cracked and broken tiles beside it. Room clean. Pull out sofa mattress especially thin and our 8 year old remarked that it was pretty bad. Didn’t try breakfast as we met up with family at Dolli’s downtown. For $175 a night? A disappointing stay.
