We stayed there for a baseball tournament at The Rock. Location was good and the facility was fairly nice. The biggest drawback was we did not get the complimentary breakfast we paid for in the room charge. For two days in a row, we had early baseball games. For two days in a row, I let them know and asked to have breakfast early. For two days in a row, no breakfast. I would have been happy if they had given us a paper sack with some muffins. We didn't even get that.
Very disappointing, especially because I usually like this chain. I contacted management and never go an answer from anyone. Not a good way to do business!

Our family of five arrived after a Brewers game around 11 pm to check in. Upon arrival no one was at the front desk. My husband wanted in the lobby outside the desk for at least 10 minutes before getting the attention of staff. He checked in, we parked and got to our room, only to find there was no bedding for the hide-a-bed. He went back down to the lobby, the staff told him they bring bedding up as soon as he could. After waiting another 10 minutes went back to the lobby to see about just getting the bedding-- but the employee wasn't able to find bedding. By now it's 11:30-- kids just want to sleep. A few minutes later staff arrived with bedding.

Pool, hot tub and breakfast we're great.

Light in bathroom with the timer did not work.
