Motel was quiet and comfortable. The room size was excellent. The vanity in the bathroom is large enough for two people. The only complaint is the light over the sink in the bathroom: it was too dark!

The facility is about a mile from an excellent restaurant called The Muddy Rudder.

Love the beds! The room is comfortable size with a largish frig and a large tv. Room was very quite. Perfectly located from the highway with easy access to Portland just a short drive away. The downside is no restaurant and a drive a few miles into downtown Freeport which has a lot of options. Breakfast is included, but simple and true to the brand. We were surprised that potatoes were never part of the offerings. Downside -- there is a guest laundry but it only has a single washer and dryer. This resulted in a long line of hopeful people. Hotel price was not what we would consider mid-range but it's definitely not in the luxury range.
