This hotel has gone downhill in the last year. We stayed here a lot in the last several years. First off the New manger / owner , Shaheel is very rude and condescending. He does not care about customer service or about his employees. He needs a new profession. (Seriously) Hearing some of his conversations was disturbing. Next, the hotel needs a huge upgrade. It’s looking wore out. They used to have great housekeeping, now not so much now. Breakfast tastes old or overheated. They used to have some great employees Glenda, Westlee, Kenzie, Barry and Stephanie. Wish they were still running the hotel and not this guy who seems to only care about money. Oh well ! I will be staying at the Marriott from now on. The Weider family.

We arrived yesterday and were greeted by very cheerful and caring individuals. We arrived in our room, which was just as described to us... clean and in perfect order. The office has water drinks and snacks to purchase if you desire. The breakfast is really good, but what makes this hotel is the cleanliness and the pleasant staff that is always willing to go over and beyond to help you. GREAT place to stay.
