The rooms were nice and clean(though the pictures on website where misleading and we though we were getting a suite). The breakfast was very large with lots of options that changed every day. The woman at the front desk the first few nights was very friendly and helpful. We were however disappointed that the room did not have a sitting area (as the pictures implied) and that the pool was closed for remodeling. Had we known this we would have booked elsewhere. We were sent to a nearby ( ten minutes) Rec center. This had a small water park, but they had limited hours. The first light we went there we were informed they were only open another hour (8:45). The next night the gal at the front desk of the hotel was not aware of the hours and we had to inform her to call and check. Same hours (pool closed at 8:45). Our last day there we set aside the afternoon to go there and spend more time only to have gal at front desk run out in the parking lot as we were leaving (because she didn't call ahead before we left) and inform us that there were swimming lessons going on there until 6:30. So we had to wait a few hours before going swimming. Once again, the pool was supposed to be a part of our vacation and it put a crimp in it.

This property is changing from a Holiday Inn Express to another IHG brand. Signs in lobby announcing the upcoming change. However, they've given up on providing any standard services. The room was in dire need of carpet cleaning (yucky spots on carpet), broken lampshades, telephone out of order, chair in room had dirty spots on the cushion. Super mushy bed. Breakfast bar not good. I stayed 3 nights. Maid service missed my room the last two days. ?? Towels on floor (which is usually a signal that new towels are needed) were left on the floor. Pool and Spa closed to guests.
