I stayed here with my child last night. My niece and her daughter were on the second floor and had a nice room. I booked a king suite so we could all visit. We all agreed that the room smelled. There were no end tables by the couch, no lamp or coffee table. We had no place to sit or drinks. The air-conditioner would not turn off. The Keurig coffee pot had a used K-cup in it and the maid only put out one coffee cup. I called downstairs when we left to let them know that the room needed attention and there was a bad smell, like it used to be a smoking floor. The never apologized. Only said they’d let maintenance know and there hotel had never allowed smoking. It was not up to Holiday Inn standards. It seemed like my niece had a nice room and ours was a budget room. Avoid room 317. To make matters worse, when I got home my card showed I was charged $5.00 more than the printed bill that I was given.

This was my first stay at this property. I impressed with the cleanliness of all the areas of the hotel. I would like to mention, however, I took notice to many of the doors on my floor leading to the hotel rooms looking like they needed either repainting or cleaning as they looked worn.
The room was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The shower head ( in my opinion) needs to be changed/updated. The room had a Keurig coffee maker and many coffee items provided( cups, sugar packets etc...).
The pool area had plenty of towels available. It had an attached hot tub to the pool.
The breakfast area was okay in size. It could be a little bit larger. The food options were plentiful and some of the options were tasty. I like the fact that the hours of breakfast were until 11 am.
The parking was ample. I would stay at this property again.
