Great hotel, great breakfast

The hotel is kept very clean and rooms are well equipped with fridge and all amenities. All staff were very nice and always greeted with a smile and professionalism. Breakfast buffet was well stocked.

A special shout out to Lori at the front desk. We had to modify our travel plans due to Hurricane Dorian and she followed up on our change of itinerary and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Unacceptable

This hotel has not been accommodating at all. Had an issue with an early check in on a Wednesday they told me that they had been sold out the night before which funny they got a room ready by 11am. The hot tub extremely hot to hot to stay in that was disappointing. Then I had been asking for a late check out ever since I arrived due to the time my flight was leaving, the lady at the front desk said we can give you 30 more minutes that's it. Then my boyfriend asked just to make sure and 30 minutes. I was just like wow my boyfriend is military so I came out here to see him and this is how they treat our military. I was in shock at how this hotel has told me so many lies. Be careful if you book with them they say yes or tell you to ask the next person coming in and never get a direct answer
