Our family loves this hotel! We had a great night sleep. The beds in the hotel were super comfortable beds. It was a Quiet hotel. It is close to the interstate. We will be back again for sure! Thank you!

Michele, The hotel manager is the rudest person I have ever met. I have stayed at this hotel before and never had the issues I have had today. She charged my card $60 without notifying me that she was Doing so. The most she should have taken was A $25 fee for incidentals. When I called the 800 number to report her and to ask about the charges I was told they could not figure out where the charges were coming from and I needed to wait 48 hours to see if the charges were going to continue to come out. How is this possible? This person does not need to be in customer service. You cannot mess with peoples moneyJust because you have privy to it. As I read the other online reviews I see I’m not the only one who has had an issue with Michelle. Upon checking in she gives me room 326 I walk up to 326, it’s in the middle of the floor not near the elevator, which I had asked for there were hotel rooms available. I’m on the third floor, I asked for the highest floor where there were visibly rooms available. I am greeted with the maintenance man with painters tape all over my door he states that he just painted the door and it is wet and it will be wet for the next 30 minutes so I need to be careful. All the rooms that are available and she’s going to put me in a room that is being worked on? She did not gift me the extra pillows that I had asked prior to checking in therefore the housekeeper brought them up. I told him to be careful the door is wet he put his hand all over the door and said the door has not been painted This door is not wet. He said I don’t know who told you that and I’m sorry. I am at a loss as to why someone who is in upper management would set these type of standards. It is a shame when the ones that work under you are more empathetic than you are. The measure of a man can be determined by putting him in a means of power. Michelle clearly is haughty and not humble. Shameful. So now I do not know if I should check out of the hotel and find a different hotel because what if she makes up bogus charges and I’m responsible for this? This is awful, terrible terrible experience. It takes nothing to be kind, nothing. Oh, AND she put me in a dirty room 326, the beds were used and the trash was still in the trash can from previous customer. As well as, each time I had to reset my key. The key allowed me into hotel but wouldn’t register at my door. STAY AWAY FROM IHG. Management is HORRENDOUS!
