Normal HIE visit

What I love most about this chain is you know what to expect and the consistency in that. Love the lighting in the bathroom in this one! Hate the beds and this one was even worse that normal because time of this springs have broken in the mattress. The toilet ran off and on all night and didn’t flush appropriately. I just alerted the desk about about that and they said they would check it out and were very lovely about it!

we didnt have reservations, but the staff was very helpful and got my frequent guest number and helped me to get a discount.

The hotel seemed new and the room appeared very clean.

The bathroom was clean and big and very well lit. The fixtures appeared new

The AC didn't really work that well. The manager came up and reset it and even though I cooled down a bit the room never got below 68F.

The bed was very comfortable. the linens were very clean. there were plenty of outlets and lighting was excellent.

The gym was small, but nice. it is a bit odd that you have to access the gym through the pool. The pool was clean, but quite warm. I can't imagine how warm the hot tub was!

The breakfast was great. bacon, cinnamon rolls, eggs. The dining area was clean and had plenty of seating.
