The chain hotel also offers free shuttle services to and from the airport, as well as free parking onsite — everything you need to ensure your travels go smoothly.

Other conveniences include complimentary Wi-Fi and a hot breakfast buffet, available daily. Breakfast includes standard favorites, such as eggs, bacon, pancakes, and fruit, plus coffee, an assortment of teas, and juice.

Guestrooms are equipped with one king or two double beds, and cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request. Coffeemakers and flat-screen TVs can also be found in all hotel rooms.

Have a long layover and want to explore? Head to the Queens Botanical Gardens, about 15 minutes away. You can also catch a train (from Jamaica Train Station) into Manhattan; it’s a 20-minute ride or so.

Good hotel for overnight stay

Holiday Inn Express Kennedy Airport is located about 3 kilometers from JFK Airport, which is about 10 minutes' drive. The location is not too close to markets, restaurants or places of interest.
The entrance to the hotel is from the main road. Parking is available, but for USD 25 a day.
The Reception is located on left as you enter, it has one check-in counter. Next to the Reception are shelves with drinks, sandwiches, etc. The Business Centre at the same level is adjacent,it has two computers and a printer. There is a lounge with limited seating as well. The lift near the Reception takes you down to ‘Level 1’ which can also be accessed using the stairs. This is the area where breakfast is served and the lift to all floors is located.
Breakfast is served at Level 1, the spread is average, but nicely laid out. No other meal is served at the hotel. There is no Bar at the hotel. A small size gym is located at one corner of Level 1. There is also a vending machine and an ATM machine at the same level.
The room was sufficiently large and spacious. The bed was large enough and comfortable. Electric kettle with pods for coffee and tea bags and electric iron are provided in the room. There is a minifridge and medium size wardrobe. The washroom has a tub-cum shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is complimentary and the speed was good. There is intercom but no room service. There are menu cards in the rooms of a Chinese, Pizza and Continental restaurants nearby,which deliver your order. Laundry service is not available. Ice machines are located at Levels 1,4 and 5.

Positives: A neat and tidy property, professional staff, very close to the airport for an overnight stay.
