The good: Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Good location. Safe.
The Cons: The outdoor pool was closed and covered for the winter. We were there last week (first week of October) and it was in the mid-80's, plenty warm enough for a pool. It seemed a little early to close the pool for the winter. Our kids were disappointed. Fitness center was closed for some construction work despite the hotel being open awhile now. It is a new hotel but they should be done with all the construction by now. They did say we could use the fitness facilities at the Hilton Garden Suites next door. But that's kind of a hassle. Also, if you get a room facing the highway (I-44) you will hear road noise all night.
Again, mixed feelings because hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and gas stations. Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was clean. But I have to reluctantly mark it down for the closed pool, closed fitness center and highway noise. The highway noise can be lived with because being that close to the highway is convenient for getting around Tulsa and the noise is not horrible...just louder than other Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at. I'm guessing rooms on the south side of the hotel would be quieter.
Hotel did seem safe and clean. But if a pool and fitness center are important to you...call first to see if they will be open.

This hotel was in a great location for our family trip itinerary. A little more difficult to get from from the east, but quick easy access when coming off I-44 from the west. Plenty of places to eat near by. Breakfast really good. Convenient parking with quick access to the building. The room was really nice with lots of storage. Great place to put our espresso machine across from the refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was roomy and equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Comfy beds. Loved the quick access to the room with a swipe of your room key. Able to keep it in the wallet or phone case and just hold up to the door. No fumbling around to get the key out. 24 hr coffee bar. The pool is small, but really a good size for our family with young children. Pool towels provided pool side. Did not get to visit the fitness room, but it was nicely equipped. Plenty of carts available during peek checkout time. Staff friendly. Elevators fast and the doors close with a purpose. We were able to get up and down with no extended waits during the length of our stay. We would stay again if in the area.
