Could use some attention

The property in general is in good condition but could use improvement to the security. The initial room assigned did not have provision for locking the balcony door and the elevators security feature was not functioning.
The room was clean but the mattress were advertised as being new but the question is in what year?

Close to Airport very Comfy

Single lady travelling alone, big hotel with very comfortable rooms, good pillows! A bit difficult to get to from freeway due to massive road construction. A bit pricy for what you get. The bathroom was very clean but small. No fee parking is excellent. Room service prompt and gratuity included so no discomfort there. Meals are massive, ordered the buffalo wings and a side salad, needed 4 people to eat it all. Nice view of city and mountains, quiet until the couple next door decided they couldn’t speak unless it was at maximum volume. Thin walls.
