Rude, unprofessional, inadequately were front desk staff with my crew yesterday, i don’t like employees who represents working place badly, no greetings, no appreciation for choosing them!( we don’t need any sneaking and kissing butt) but we still need a attention of good services and attitudes, no matter of what or who we paying for stay!! I can’t say that next morning was a good morning for us!! We did book 2 rooms through 3rd party, but the lady on pic.( front desk staff) was refusing to issue the rooms for us, cause 3rd party. I’m like “what’s going on”, she said that nobody picking up the phone and can’t take care of us, then she asked me and my co-worker to step back, so she can take care other guests on the line! I’m like that’s so rude!!! And after that we spent like 45mins. in the hall, then she from no where got the room, finally we got a room!) we had nice a stay l, rooms was great, clean and fresh, this hotel is really nice place to stay, unfortunately unprofessional staffs always bad for inn, because cause of her I’m left bad reviews and 1 stars!
