This high-rise hotel in downtown Corpus Christi offers amazing views of the bay and marina to go with its comfortable rooms. Ideal for a family is either a standard room with two double beds or a junior suite with a king bed and sleeper sofa. Both types of room have enough space for a crib and a rollaway. Connecting rooms are also available. Only the suites contain a kitchenette with dining table and, microwave, while all rooms come with a coffee maker. Kids will love the unique hotel pool on the third floor of the hotel. Half of it is inside, while the other half is outside and surrounded by a spacious deck that offers great views of the bay. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, a large fitness center, and laundry service. The onsite restaurant, Coastline Bistro, serves a reasonably priced breakfast buffet, complete with breakfast tacos. It’s also a great place to grab lunch and dinner.
Many of Corpus Christi’s top attractions are within a short distance of the Holiday Inn. You can take a leisurely 20-minute stroll south along the waterfront to McGee Beach, a gorgeous stretch of city-owned beach with pristine white sand and gentle waves. Across the street from the beach is a small park with a colorful playground for the kids. Walk 20 minutes to the north of your hotel to find the Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History, and The Art Museum of South Texas, as well as a wide range of downtown shops and restaurants. Your children will want you to drive couple of miles across the Harbor Bridge to the North Beach area, where they can visit the Texas State Aquarium and explore the USS Lexington, a WWII era aircraft carrier. For even more sightseeing, the beautiful Padre Island National Seashore is less than 30 minutes from your hotel. The Holiday Inn, with its outstanding downtown waterfront location, makes a great base of operations for your family vacation in Corpus Christi.

We stayed here on a Saturday night after a concert at the American Bank Center. Best thing about it is the location. It is right on the water near the marina so there are some nice views of the bay. Also, it is within walking distance of the Arena. It is a safe 5 minute walk or a $7 Uber ride.
No real places to eat nearby.
Typical Hoilday Inn. Nice soft beds.

What a great hotel so clean, room was perfect, bar staff and food great. Took day out to see USS Lexington which was fab as we are out of season so not many tourists about. Cost from hotel on the trolley was 75 cents . Well worth the stopover
