This was a girlfriends getaway and we had a Blast. The resort was located almost directly in the Middle of downtown Gatlinburg, we had a three bedroom Signature Villa, it was decorated superbly. We had so much to do that we did not use the amenities at the resort. The staff was all very friendly and would recommend this location for all traveling to Gatlinburg

In response to some of the negative reviews, this is a timeshare. There might be some pushy salesman that might not always tell the truth. Now onto the actual resort, we having been coming here every year since 2010. We have never had a dirty unit or broken down appliances. We know we have to wash our towels,if they are all dirty,in the washing machine in the unit. Not a problem! The staff from the front desk to the maids to the maintenance guys have been nothing but friendly and helpful. In fact ,they always speak first.
Bottom line of my rant, if you can’t come to the Smokey Mountain Resort and enjoy yourself, maybe you should stay at home.
