Myself & my husband got married at the holiday inn Burlington. The wedding coordinator was amazing , the front desk staff was god awful. Not to mention they spread a wedding party out on different floors and got angry when we were making noise due to corporate people staying next to us. Is this not why you have a wedding block to keep the party together ? 10:00 pm we were told to keep it down (guess you can’t party when you get married) front desk was rude and not helpful with any of our guests . I am so sad that everyone had to deal with this on what should have been the beat night . I would recommend having a wedding there but I would not recommended staying there EVER.

To start with, the design of this hotel is just odd. There is a massive carpeted area/atrium onto which a large number of rooms face. With several hockey teams there, it became a large and constantly noisy mini-stick game that would end around 11pm when they turned the lights off. Any rooms facing the atrium (there are dozens of rooms like this) can’t escape the noise. In addition, there is little natural light in these rooms.
The rooms themselves are quite old. The tile in the bathroom was mouldy and had a pink residue due to poor cleaning, the fixtures are ancient and in need of replacement. Parking is free and adequate. Shopping and dining is nearby. The buffet breakfast was average to poor.
If you can find a room elsewhere, I recommend it. Whatever you do, avoid the atrium rooms.
