Very nice hotel

Attended work conference for three days. Arrived early, so room was not available. But I had internet access via my IHG membership number and was able to work next to the pool.
The room was clean and fresh.
Breakfast and lunch at Ginger Restaurant was excellent. Friendly staff and a wide choice.

Thank God I found you

This trip started out like a regular family getaway, everything was pleasant, comfy and fun til it was time to check in at the airport for our flight back. My son started to look for his IPad for school.... Oh NO! He left it in the hotel. Just as I was about to call Holiday inn Bangkok, I received an email from Mr Tony, Aka Piti, Assistant Office Manager informing me that I left behind an IPad and it was with him for safekeeping. That ipad is essential for my son’s school activities and learning since much of their references are ebooks and school apps, he simply cannot go to school without it. So that call from Mr Tony was like a gracious helping hand from heaven sending us all possible assistance to the point that we were able to get our iPad in less than 40mins in the airport! Thank God we found our iPad and thank you Holiday Inn Bangkok for being so efficient and concerned about your clients. Looking forward to visiting you and Erawan again ❤️
