Overview

The Holiday Inn Baltimore-Inner Harbor provides family-friendly accommodations in the heart of Baltimore. Standard guestrooms are equipped with one king or two queen beds, while suites have king beds and living rooms with sleeper sofas. The hotel has two restaurants: Eden West Restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Dottie’s Cafe, which serves coffee drinks, pastries, and other grab-and-go snacks. Kids 12 and under eat free at Eden West, where kids’ menus and highchairs are also provided.

Convenient to Baltimore Convention Center

I was traveling with a large group of students. The property is renovated and in walking distance of the Convention Center and Inner Harbor. I expected my room might be noisy because it was located right beside the elevators. However, there was a low level of noise from the elevators. Unruly students were a bit loud during the early hours of the morning, but that was NOT related to the hotel, its sound-proofing, or the location of my room which was spacious and clean.

Stayed for Ravens Game

The location is great, and honestly it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn. No frills, but it was fine for one night. The best part was the customer service we received from the front desk. Brittany was awesome. She was very friendly and accommodating during check-in.
