Good hotel not-so-good service

My room had no coffee cup so I called housing keeping and they promised to send some. I waited for one hour and tried to call again. But neither housekeeping or front desk answered (after my ring lasted 3+ minutes). I had to walk down the lobby to ask. Eventually someone came with coffee cups, almost 1.5 hours after I first called.

Excellent experience

Excellent hotel in every way. Cleanliness, attention to detail, comfort, great internet access, outstanding food, quiet, very clean, good location. We had our conference there and the service and conference rooms were excellent.
