We love the Tokyo Hilton. We had some issues when we first checked in. The next day our issues were resolved. The GM Mr. Williiamson is the bomb. Not only is he this way but the AGM Mr Peter's and Front Desk manager/front office manager Ms Kumagai are as well. All I can say is that they are a caring 3. I will always stay at the Tokyo Hilton. I was very impressed by my room for my husband and the room for my elderly mom and sick daughter. I just loved it there and felt so special. A home away from home. I ran into Ms Kumagai in passing in the lobby and she still had a sweet demeanor. The rooms were clean..the breakfast was awesome in both locations. We paid for the executive lounge access and it's well worth the upgrade. The ladies at the desk in the executive lounge were also very kind and vhf professional. All of them were, even the food preparers. Everything we encountered with the staff was outstanding. THANK YOU HILTON TOKYO...YOU ARE THE BEST. It's a must stay at hotel.

Large convention hotel. Free shuttle between the hotel and the Keio Department Store and the Metro. Several restaurants on premises. Large rooms decorated Japanese style. Screens at windows and between bathroom and bedroom. Large soaking tub with separate shower. Kettle and a French press in room. Lots of electrical outlets for recharging. Comfortable. Lobby has minimal seating. If you need to wait after checkout and can’t stand for an hour there are seats in the business center down the hall.
