All the staff ( parking attendant, front desk, Starbucks staff, restaurant, cleaning) were TRULY amazing!!
Good late-night vibes at bar/restaurant
Remarkable of the hospitality me and my husband experienced; the cleanliness; and the overall good energy from the staff to the customers that stayed at the hotel! The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of choices!
A++ for this hotel location.
It was so great, we stayed two weekends in a row to get away from the city.

Horrible experience recently...stored some nice clothes and our winter coats in valet storage room complete with claim check only to discover that all my clothes disappeared. When I questioned the Assistant General Manager she was full of excuses and basically lied saying they were left for excessive weeks, they didnt know who they belonged to etc. etc., all of which were untruths. She claimed a valet had been told by her to donate them to charity but she didnt know which valet ( there are only three) nor did she know what charity. I told her I would file a Police report and a Corporate Claim and her response was "Go ahead"!! Unbelievable.
