I am a Diamond member and stay at Hilton’s most weeks. I used the Hilton App to message the hotel in advance for a room away from the the elevator. They never looked at the message and of course gave me a room directly opposite the elevator!! After a number of conversations they moved me to another room. I then decided to go to the restaurant to eat and they decided to close it for a private function, so there was limited options to eat other than room service, In the end I used uber eats. The management seemed surprised the restaurant was closed!!! Finally at 6.30pm I asked for foam pillows due to my allergies and they finally arrived at 8.15. Probably the most disorganized Hilton that I have ever stayed at. Also if you want to park a car get to the hotel early they have limited parking. To be honest my feeling is that the hotel is not interested in loyal Hilton members but is just chasing the corporate dollar. The only person who tried to help was Mariah on the Front Office, I felt she had been left in a difficult situation but did the best she could. I would avoid the hotel unless you are at a conference!!

The rooms are dated and need to be remodeled with water damage in the bathroom and a toilet that struggled to flush. They could also use a deep cleaning in the rooms. The hotel is in an excellent location and very walkable to food/nightlife. The staff was very friendly. Beds are comfortable and the shower has excellent water pressure. Overall we had a fun anniversary trip with a few bumps with the room.
