Up and Down

We were up and down all night adjusting the thermostat. Facility was nice, clean and the staff friendly, but we did not get much rest. I would prefer to choose my own sleep temperature, rather than a thermostat being in control.

Disappointed

Our reservation was incorrect, they charged over $2100 to the wrong card and it took days to reverse the charge. Shower did not work. Front desk staff was rude.

Bell service and conceirge were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Three only consistently positive experience we had during our 2 night stay.
