When we check in November 8 at the front desk, a couple of employees at the Hotel, they were very professional, one of the guys was Ralph. The carpet at the room filthy, even a dead green fly was behind the chair( I took some pics if you need it). And one of the worst scenarios my kiddos were stung by I don't know what kind of bug in the bed. Also the coffeemaker full of dead ants.
Dinning, especially breakfast the service was awful, the glass unwashed, silverware within water stains. We don't think we'll back to this Hotel.

If you book on a third party site and are told the resort fee is included, beware! We even asked at the desk when we checked in and were told it was already paid. We still got billed $28 per day! Staff was not helpful, we asked for manager who never cane out.
