room was spacious beds was very comfortable and please go to Market 104 in the lobby and try the chilli it was so good thanks Ms Alexandra for the great customer service she made sure me and my kids was comfortable while we was there

Great helpful staff and nice accommodations

I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The entire staff, from Olivia at the front desk, to the shuttle drivers to the restaurant employees were all very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was delicious too. The hotel is undergoing renovations but it was not noisy. My room had been recently renovated and it was very nice and clean. I have traveled extensively for work and this was a notable experience. Thanks Hilton Shreveport for a great stay!
