My husband and I took a quick trip to Scranton over the weekend and enjoyed our stay here very much. Parking was immediately next door in a garage (the front desk validates the ticket for you, and while there is a fee, it's reasonable and you can come and go as often as you want). We arrived at a busy time but the staff was pleasant. Since I reserved the room online at the Hilton website and am a honors (rewards) program member, I was able to select my room in advance, which I loved! We were in room 701, which was a corner room on the top floor with a sunset view and it was nice and quiet! The room was clean and modern, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after dinner- it was big enough to not be crowded even if a few other people were in it.

They need to get another garage company or garage. The garage personnel is rude and condescending. The quality of the food at the was just OK. My order was cooked wrong, and had to ask for more beverages. The cleanness of the rooms was great.
