First night I could not get the room to cool down below 72 degrees. The next morning I let the front desk know and they said they would send maintenance to take care of it. That night same problem. I again advised the front desk and they apologized and again said they would have maintenance take care of it.
That night same problem. 3rd day I did the same but this time placed something in front of the door to see if maintenance entered. They object never moved and that night I had the same issue. When I checked out the front desk apologized and offered to comp my breakfast that morning which was $10. Ha, I told them not to bother!

We were there for a Real Estate training Convention and the layout of the hotel for such events is fantastic! The room was "roomy" and had a nice sized TV to watch Monday Night Football before the events. They had a shuttle to and from the John Wayne Airport which is only 10 minutes drive away. There were numerous restaurants, and malls close by. We went to the South Pointe Mall which was only a $6 Uber away and that was amazing. Loads of great stores and wonderful restaurants! The restaurant was ready for the events and had a simple buffet set up to make it quicker for our lunch breaks. We have stayed at a few Hilton's now and think that we will seek that out more in our future travels. We signed up for the Hilton Honors rewards program and received free wifi. OH and by the way, on our last day we called or room service and it was excellent. I was very impressed! The fruit was ample and fresh and tasty!!
