I had a very fast one night business trip. They front desk check in was fine, friendly. I wasn't placed in the room I booked on the executive floor because the heat was turned on and it would have been too hot. Instead I was on the 9th floor, I'm glad I wasn't on the top because it never cooled off in the room. I was hot all night. The breakfast upstairs on the executive floor for Hilton Diamond members was nice. Fresh food, good coffee, friendly staff. The HUGE disappointment was that I left behind my wireless headphones. I called the hotel about an hour after I left and spoke to someone in lost and found. They checked, and "looked" and couldn't find my headphones, he promised to continue looking and would call me back. He never did, I called several times to follow up, but never could get someone on the phone. I finally a message after hours letting them know I was 100% certain the headphones were in the room, and told them exactly where they were left. The next day I received a call stating they had been found! Unfortunately they were not allowed to ship out lost items at the hotels cost. Fine, I gave the gentleman my corporate FedEx # to ship to my office. They never showed! I've called a dozen times and I have yet to receive a call back. I know it's my bad for leaving them behind but it all still just leaves me feel like my pocked was picked. Super disappointed!
