Location location location

I have lived several years in London... the location is perfect because it is easy to get almost anywhere including to and from the airport. The hotel though is VERY VERY tired. Really horrible carpet, old decor, broken tiles in the bathroom, old windows, heating not optimal. My room was very large which is usually not the case in London.... it is expensive but I will likely come back because of the location.

I ate breakfast in the Hilton Paddington hotel. My server was Tiago an he provided excellent customer service. Tiago was very efficient and helpful by explaining the breakfast options for vegetarians. I recommend Tiago as your server if you dine during breakfast.
