Well like most of the other reviews, this hotel is extremely outdated but the staff was top notch! We actually stayed in one room and then a larger one the last few days. Both rooms had great views but once in the actual room you feel like you are at a Motel 6. Dirty, small showers. Sewer smell that even woke me up in the middle of the night. We went to wipe down the rain water from the balcony rails and the paint came off. On the plus side, the staff couldn’t have been better. Very attentive and personable. If it weren’t for the great staff I prolly would have rated this a 1. Also, we are titanium elite members and did the timeshare $199 deal for the first time... not really knowing what we were getting in to and not told of the timeshare part until after we booked. You would think if they were trying to sell something that they wouldn’t have put you up at this hotel. Outside area is great but rooms and mold on the vents in the hallway just ruin this. Please upgrade soon!

Hotel was so great. The beach was a amazing and the sunset spectacular. I would book again in true future. The pools were so nice and the service was great. Hotel was extremely clean. Would revisit again.
