Hilton Head Island Beach Resort is perfect for families who love the beach and playing tennis. The resort features 10 light courts, and a pro shop and onsite tennis pro available for lessons. There are also plenty of children’s activities, like Kid’s Night Out, Pool Olympics and Daufuskie Island tours. A playground is on the premises and bike rentals are available. The resort boasts one of the largest oceanfront pools on the island. After a fun day of activities, guests are happy to relax in their beach villas.
The accommodations offer a peaceful privacy with all the comforts of home. Guests can rent one- or two-bedroom villas, containing refrigerators, microwaves, coffeemakers and cable televisions. Most units include dining and living areas with sleeper sofas or bunk beds for kids. Villas can also be rented by the month for longer stays. Receptions are held on the expansive wood deck that overlooks the freshwater lagoon. A boardwalk leads to the beach and golf carts provide transportation. A second pool is by the Admiral Row building.

The units were owned and rented out to tourists. Kitchen, living room, balcony, furniture, basic dishes etc. included. Parking is included. It is a gated place with several buildings, one with it's own smaller pool and tennis courts.
The pool is large, very nice but wish it was heated (went in March) The restaurant on site is nice and another poolside bar/restaurant was convenient.
Our unit had squeaky floors, which were annoying and the bathroom door opening into the sink, perhaps knocking into someone standing there. The bedroom was small. There was only a foot and a half to two feet from the sides of the bed to the wall. There was an oversized chair that you always had to walk around in the living room and the couch was comfy but low down.....difficult to get out of for older people. But that was our unit and they are all different.

Have stayed for a week the last three years in the fall. The beach is beautiful, lots of things to do in HH. The resort staff reflect southern hospitality and great customer service. Many thanks to front desk employee Polly for retrieving and mailing to me at home an item I lost at the resort, and very much wanted to recover. Above and beyond in helpfulness and understanding.
