We have a time share at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club in Hawaii which we use every year. We decided to purchase a one bedroom at this location but haven't used it until today. Wow, what a great first impression this resort provides. From the fantastic lady at the front gate who radioed ahead that we were arriving to the greeter at the entrance who handed us over to David to check us in, everyone was fantastic. David did an incredible job telling us everything about the resort. After our quick check in David sent us over to a very friendly gal who gave us our parking pass. We watched the two team members lead the guests in Karaoke and they did such a great job making everyone feel comfortable and even sang with them. When we went to the bar area by the pool an employee named Pedro offered to take our photo and he told us even more about the property. When we need more towels and coffee we just replied to David's welcome text and we received a quick response.

My husband and recently retired and we were in the service industry so our expectations are high and this set of team members exceeded our expectations which isn't easy to do.. It's obvious that the leadership of this resort sets clear expectations about the customer experience and they take a lot of pride in making their clients happy!! Keep up the GREAT WORK! I will update my review after my five night stay.

Nice place with one major hiccup for our stay. Since we had to move rooms due to multiple stays combined, we wanted to stay in the same room and had requested as such. Was compensated for this with some points but felt the amount should have been more for this major inconvenience. Took hours out of our relaxing vacation and this is not a cheap place to stay... should have been compensated an entire night for this.
