Need of sleep

Terrible traffic and rain made getting off the I 95 my main reason for stopping. Thank God there was a room available. I find Hilton to be a reliable brand. Got a good night sleep. In the morning sun was shining and I was on my way.

Helped with missing items

We went here on a trip recently as we stayed in DC. When we arrived, the people were very nice and helped us be comfortable. We left a few days later, and the staff was always extremely kind to us. When we got back home, we realized that we had left a stuffed animal that we'd had for years. It was very important to our family and we called the hotel. When being answered on the phone, the lady was very nice and sent us back the stuffed animals within a few days, along with pictures of the stuffed animal's adventures around the hotel, at the pool, bar, etc. Thank you Sarah!
